Cream of Soup Substitute

Ingredients
1 1/2 qt. milk, heated
3/4 c. flour
1 1/4 c. milk
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. onion salt
1/2 tsp. celery salt
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. seasoning salt
1/4 - 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese (optional)
Directions
Mix flour with 1 1/4 c. milk.
Add remaining milk to saucepan to warm.
Add flour mixture to warm milk and stir until thickened.

Remove from heat and add the rest of the ingredients.
Substitute in recipes calling for one 10.5 oz of cream of (fill in the blank) soup.
NOTES
- This cream of soup substitute recipe will replace one 10.5 ounce can of Cream of (fill in the blank) soup.
